At our 60,000 square foot production facility with a 5,000 square foot saw mill and two dry kilns, we control our entire manufacturing and marketing process, from the mill to the mall. This enables us to handle projects of all sizes, from small stockroom systems to large retail projects involving multi-department storage applications.

We mill the logs into lumber, separate and select the proper grade of material for its intended use, and manufacture the raw goods. Our qualified staff then machines the raw materials into the finished shelving product and delivers the product to your location. The manufacturing process of our shelving systems has built in quality controls, and even more that we have added to ensure precision, quality, and dependability.

To further meet your shelving and racking needs Excalibur Shelving Systems also maintains a large inventory of finished wood shelving, unfinished wood shelving, and a minimum of two million feet of unfinished lumber, ready to be processed.
